Which titanium grades and standards does Jovzi supply?

We supply commercially pure Gr1, Gr2 and alloyed Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Gr7, Gr9 and Gr12, plus NiTi shape memory alloy. Products are made to ASTM B348, B338, B265, B381, B363, ASME B16.5, DIN 912 and AWS A5.16, or to the buyer's drawing.

Do you provide mill test certificates for titanium products?

Yes. Every shipment can be supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificate showing heat number, chemical composition and mechanical properties. Independent test reports issued by the BaoTi Test Center are available on request.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the product: titanium bars start from 1 kg, flanges and stub ends from 1 piece or 1 kg, and standard fasteners from 100 to 200 pieces. Custom parts are quoted per drawing.

Can you manufacture custom titanium parts to drawing?

Yes. We offer OEM and buyer-label service with more than six years of OEM experience. Send 2D or 3D drawings (PDF, DWG or STEP) with grade, tolerance, surface finish and quantity.
