Our titanium round bars comply with recognized international standards including ASTM B348, ASTM F136, and ASTM F67, ensuring strict adherence to mechanical and chemical property specifications.
Grade 2 is commercially pure (CP) titanium offering exceptional corrosion resistance and high ductility with a minimum tensile strength of 345 MPa. Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) is an alpha-beta alloy engineered for higher strength requirements, reaching a minimum tensile strength of 895 MPa.
We supply rolled round bars from Φ6mm to Φ100mm with lengths up to 6000mm, and forged round bars from Φ60mm to Φ350mm with lengths up to 4000mm. Popular dimensions include 25mm, 35mm, 45mm, and 65mm diameters at standard 1000mm lengths.
Depending on the diameter and mechanical requirements, the bars are processed using hot rolling or precision forging techniques, followed by standard annealing, straightening, and surface finishing.
According to the technical standards, Grade 5 bars deliver a minimum tensile strength of 130 ksi (895 MPa), a yield strength of at least 120 ksi (828 MPa), and an elongation rate of not less than 10%.
Bars are packaged using standard export methods, including protective wrap, strapped bundling, and reinforced wooden crates to prevent surface scratching, bending, or exposure to moisture during international transit.
